1.JAK Open type fin production line for the punching of air conditioner fins is specially intended for meeting the requirements for the production of air conditioner fins .The production line mainly consists of unroller ,oil tank ,fin press ,vacuum sucker ,stacker and relevant electrical control system.
2.In this fin production line ,imported PLC ,touch screen, and contact point free cam controller are adopted to meet the requirements of counting the fins cut collected as well as the function of progress change.
3.Fin press line fin collector has protecting system for fault operation ,material shortage warning.
4.Hydraulic overload protection for fin press and fin dies.
5.Fin press machine of special specifications can be made subject to the useris requirements.
6.JAK C type fin press machine has 45,63 and 80tons options for middle and small fin dies.
7.Fin press machine speed: JC45F(63F,80F) 150--300SPM, JC45(63,80) 120--200SPM
